Young Man Collapses After Taking Marijauna And Tramadol In Delta State

A young man who was high on drugs on Easter day – collapsed and began behaving strangely near a river in Delta state.

According to online reports, the man allegedly took marijuana, tramadol among other drugs in an attempt to get himself high on the festive day.
Rather than get himself high, he got himself low by collapsing on the ground where he stayed for some minutes before he entered the river to cool off his ”hot” brain.
He was filmed by a friend/resident who mocked him as he behaved strangely.
